I mainly use intaglio printmaking techniques to create distinct velvety black lines and shapes that underline the darkness, as well as the natural beauty of our existence. In ‘Breeze’ I have used drypoint with roulette to produce organic shapes that overlap and teeter in space, while a single line and shadowy puff highlights the transience and the frailty of our world.
